New Ford Connect - Chiller Conversion
Refrigerated Vehicles (Northern) Ltd has recently completed its first temperature controlled conversion of the new Ford Transit Connect SWB standard roof van. The conversion consists of 50mm insulated sandwich panel bonded and pressed on RVL Northern's own equipment to ensure the highest quality and achieve best fit. The panels are light weight to optimize customer payload and hand finished with a laminate to ensure a hygienic and fully washable joint free surface. Refrigeration is supplied by Hubbard's 360AM chiller unit which is ideal for this type of vehicle and designed to operate down to 0 degrees. The side load door was left in use for increased access to loads.
New Ford Custom - Chiller Conversion
Refrigerated Vehicles (Northern) Ltd has recently completed its first temperature controlled conversions of the all new Ford Transit Custom LWB standard roof vans.
The conversion consists of 50mm insulated sandwich panel bonded and pressed on RVL Northern's own equipment to ensure the highest quality and achieve best fit. The panels are light weight to optimize customer payload and hand finished with a laminate to ensure a hygienic and fully washable joint free surface. Refrigeration is supplied by GAH's AC20S chiller unit which is ideal for this type of vehicle and designed to operate down to 0 degrees. The side load door was left in use for increased access to loads.
MRSA Resistant Gel Now Available
RVL (Northern) Ltd can now offer an MRSA resistant gelcoat finish to the internal lining of their conversions. This will be extremely useful in healthcare vehicle conversions.
